Dr. Parmanand Shukla Vidyavachaspati is an accomplished educationist, senior Hindi educator, trainer, motivational speaker, author and social leader with 30+ years of experience in education, teacher training, Hindi language and literature, leadership, youth development, women empowerment and social initiatives.

As the Founder, National President and Director of Gyanshakti Seva Foundation, New Delhi , he provides visionary leadership to a wide range of educational, social, awareness, training, empowerment and community-development initiatives, undertaken for the benefit of students, educators, youth, women and society at large.

His contribution has been recognised through 200+ awards, honours and recognitions, including prestigious distinctions such as Rashtriya Gaurav Samman, Worldratn Samman, Hindi Ratna Samman and Hindi Shikshak Samman. He has also been honoured with Honorary Doctorate and Fellowship recognitions for his contribution to education, literature, social service and leadership.

He is the author of “Nari Shakti”, a nationally recognised and awarded book dedicated to women’s dignity, achievements, strength and empowerment.
